Terms
All new accounts must supply a resale number. First
orders must be prepaid by approved check, Visa,
MasterCard or shipped COD (CODs over $500 require
bank check or money order). Net 30 day terms are
available after the first order upon approval of credit.
Submit a signed credit application
consisting of at least three trade references, bank
information, all to include account numbers, ad-
dresses,
phone numbers and fax numbers.
Finance Charges & Returned Checks
1.5% finance charge will be assessed monthly to ac-
counts with balances over 30 days old. A processing
fee of $25 will be charged on all checks returned from
the bank.
Return Policy
Merchandise may not be returned without prior ap-
proval from CORRINE. Unauthorized returns cannot be
accepted & will be refused.
Damaged Merchandise
Merchandise damaged in shipping must be reported
within 10 days after receipt of goods.
Credits
No cash refunds will be issued for credits. All credits
remaining must be applied against future orders, &
comply with the minimum order policy. Any credit bal-
ances not claimed after 9 months of account inactiv-
ity become
property of CORRINE.
Due to the availability and unique handcrafting of the
majority of our product lines, some variations or
substitutions may occur.
Backorders
Backorders $50 or less will be automatically cancelled.
