mojaMeet
mojaphotowas founded in 1999 by Melissa Sepulveda when she graduated with
a professional photography degree from NESOP (New England
School of Photography) in Boston, Ma. Melissa quickly became
known for her honest connection with her subjects. Her clients
are diverse and varied, as are her subjects. Maybe it is her infectous
laughter that puts her subjects at ease or just her natural ability to
make anyone feel at home that is her specialty. Don’t let her fun
loving nature fool you. While she is talking to you, getting to
know you, she is framing your images without even
picking up her camera. Your photo session is being orchestrated in
her head like a beautiful symphony with many moving parts. Her
vision is strong and she has a hard time containing her creative energy.
Always listening to her clients intently, her connections are flawless
through her lens. You will often find her photographs shining with
glowing light. Call it her signature. Call it her heart.
Call it MOJAPHOTO.

Her creative ability doesn’t stop with portraiture photography. Minoring in editorial
photography at NESOP has led her to small businesses and business owners needing
to tell their story through her camera. She also finds that these budding businesses
need her creative abiltiy to bring their products, brands, and services to life. Taking
her photography and collaborating with other professional artists, she delights in
putting her editorial skills and knowlege to use. Coordinating photo shoots, and cre-
ative concepts, her client’s needs and their dreams soon feel like her own.
