This letter is to confirm that Miss Melanie Van De Water was employed in our home
as a permanent part-time carer. Melanie started in June 2009 and worked until August
2009. My husband and I both have muscular dystrophy, are confined to electric
wheelchairs and require 24hr care. We manage all our own staff and run on a
fortnightly roster with 3 shifts per day. We both need assistance with everything in
our daily living. This includes personal care, household duties, pet care etc.

- Support on Recreational Outings
Melanie is an enthusiastic hard worker, who is trustworthy, reliable and punctual. We
would have no hesitation in re-employing Melanie in the future, as she was a valued
member of our staff.
