Vice
President
of
Finance
(20%)
The
Vice
President
of
Finance
is
the
person
that
follows
and
manages
the
financial
sustainability
of
the
LC
by
appropriate
cash-‐flow
management
and
expenditure
management.
He/she
is
also
responsible
for
the
development
in
the
financial
area
of
the
LC
and
for
the
research
of
possibilities
for
alternative
income
sources.
Vice
President
of
Finance
also
controls
the
execution
of
the
LC’s
budget.

• Review
the
budget
on
monthly
basis
and
revise
it
if
necessary
• Strictly
supervise
the
achievement
of
results
having
in
mind
their
relation
to
the
goals
set
in
the
budget
• Internal
control
and
audit
of
the
processes
and
activities
of
the
local
committee,
analysis
in
general
and
of
the
relation
of
budgets
for
seminars
and
projects
to
the
budget
of
the
local
committee
Financial
analysis:
• To
analyse
of
the
budget
of
the
local
committee
and
the
project
budgets
after
the
end
of
the
term
so
that
his/her
successors
can
plan
better
using
the
data
• To
analyse
the
performance
in
the
financial
execution
in
previous
mandates
• To
analyse
the
financial
effectiveness
of
conferences,
events,
projects,
etc.
• Risk
management
• Optimization
of
resources
and
cost-‐cutting
strategies
Accountability:
• To
compile
financial
reports
according
to
the
financial
analysis
for
the
results
of
the
local
committee
having
in
mind
the
achieved
results
and
present
them
at
LC
and
EB
meetings

LC
full-‐right
membership
by
sending
reports
to
MC
about
the
achieved
results
in
the
LC
• Strict
accountancy
of
the
documents
for
the
activities
during
the
term
Grants:
• Selection
of
the
most
relevant
opportunities
and
coordination
with
MC
about
them
• Responsible
for
the
application
process
for
the
grant
• Management
of
the
grant
• Preparation
of
final
reports
for
the
grant
Others:
• To
educate
members
about
financial
area
and
to
deliver
trainings
• To
support
LCVP
CR
in
pricing
of
each
product
that
LC
offers
• Designs
a
system
for
resource
allocation
for
the
Reward
and
Recognition
system
along
with
the
LCVP
TM
-‐
delegate
fees
for
seminars,
exchange
fees
etc.
• To
be
active
in
the
National
Finance
Commission
