PHILOSOPHY:
Toddlers is Customer Obsessed, and as People & Organization we are constantly working to ensure the
convenience and wellbeing of our internal customers. We understand your needs and are improving
solutions and processes to meet them.
Given below are some highlights of our new medical coverage for you and for your family:
BUSINESS STRATEGY:
ELIGIBILITY:
All Confirmed employees with a Tenure of minimum 6 months
DEPENDENTS INCLUDED:
Parents Spouse & Children
INSURANCE CARD:
 Two cards will be issued to each employee
 The supplementary card can be used by the dependents at the Panel Hospitals
 No other documents will be required
 The 24 hours’ helpline numbers are mentioned on the cards in case of any issue
 In case of misplacement of the card new card can be applied from the APP
 In case you don’t have the card available at the time of the emergency please call the given helpline
numbers and provide details of the hospital. Jubilee Representative will contact the hospital POC
directly
HOSPITALIZATION (IN-PATIENT) COVERAGE:
 Jubilee Health App is being launched at Toddlers to allow you to locate Panel Hospitals, view
dependents and explore some additional features as well
 We have a commitment from our partner (Jubilee Insurance) to bring you improved service levels with
constant feedback tracking
 Dedicated POC’s 1 each for Central, South and North from Jubilee Health will be based at our
Regional main offices to assist you with processes
BENEFITS:
 The policy has been increased from Re.1000,00 to 2000,00 for hospitalization
 New category of Dread disease has been introduced with a limit of Re.3000,00/- (List of diseases
falling under dread disease category has been updated at the application)
 Room limits have been increased from PKR 4000 to PKR 5000
 Cataract lens sub-limit has been increased from PKR 25,000 to PKR 30,000
 Maternity Limit has been redefined separately for Re.1,80,000/- & 1,20,000/- for normal process
respectively
CLINICAL (OUT-PATIENT) COVERAGE:
 Prescription requirement has been relaxed to allow you a convenient reimbursement for over the
counter medicines that do not require a prescription (up to 500/-). Original receipt will be
required
 The out-patient limit has been increased from 10,000/- to 25000/-
 You will be required to upload the original receipts with the copy of the prescription for claims
more than of worth Re.1000/-
IMPORTANT NOTES:
 Any Claim exceeding the mentioned limits will be paid by the employee
 Claims will only be acceptable for the list of the hospitals on Panel
 However, for treatments from Non-Panel hospitals will require prior approval from the HR
 The Re-imbursement will be done via Bank Transfer within maximum 9 to 10 working days after
validation and required approvals
 A complete medical coverage list to assist you in order to know what is covered and what is
excluded will be available at the portal to assist you accordingly
 Any claim regarding any body or face modification falling under plastic surgery will not be
covered
 No claims older than 2 months will be accepted
 Employees are encouraged to submit their claims timely
 Any forged or intentionally provided incorrect details will be handled as per the policy of the
company
EMPLOYER PERSPECTIVE AND BENEFITS:
 The Insurance Card will reduce the fake claims to the minimum
 Employee Empowerment
 Beneficial for employees who are working away from their families in other cities
 Special accommodation for Dread Disease will lead to enhanced internal customer experience
 And will help in retention

Jubilee Representative will contact the hospital POC directly HOSPITALIZATION (IN-PATIENT) COVERAGE:  Jubilee Health App is being launched at Toddlers to allow you to locate Panel Hospitals, view dependents and explore some additional features as well  We have a commitment from our partner (Jubilee Insurance) to bring you improved service levels with constant feedback tracking  Dedicated POC’s 1 each for Central, South and North from Jubilee Health will be based at our Regional main offices to assist you with processes BENEFITS:  The policy has been increased from Re.1000,00 to 2000,00 for hospitalization  New category of Dread disease has been introduced with a limit of Re.3000,00/- (List of diseases falling under dread disease category has been updated at the application)  Room limits have been increased from PKR 4000 to PKR 5000  Cataract lens sub-limit has been increased from PKR 25,000 to PKR 30,000  Maternity Limit has been redefined separately for Re.1,80,000/- & 1,20,000/- for normal process respectively CLINICAL (OUT-PATIENT) COVERAGE:  Prescription requirement has been relaxed to allow you a convenient reimbursement for over the counter medicines that do not require a prescription (up to 500/-).
