AS A MARKETING LIAISON FOR THE PROGRAMMING AND ACTIVITIES BOARD I
HELPED WITH A LOT OF EVENTS THIS YEAR!
2. EVENT #1: AN EVENING IN
MEXICO
My first major event that I did all of the marketing for was for the Special Events department. We planned and
promoted an event that celebrated the Spanish holiday “Dia de los Muertos”. To promote this event I made the
posters below, as well as flyers and I designed pens to hand out to students.
3. A TOAST TO WINTER
Another event I worked on was called “A Toast to Winter”. This event encouraged students to engage with their peers while decorating
holiday mugs, getting their picture taken in a giant snow globe, and drinking hot cocoa! I designed and ordered posters, flyers and the
shirt pictured below!
4. FINALS
BREAKFASTI worked with Special Events to create promotional items (notebooks, tote bags, and pens for a
university wide event called “Finals Breakfast”. During this event students received free breakfast
and then came to our booth to make finals de-stressing kits.
6. MONDAY MOVIES
Nearly every week I designed and ordered a poster
and flyers for an event called “Monday Movies”
where students could join us to watch a new movie
outdoors. The posters I made are on the following
slides!
