Job Responsibilities:
 Ensure quick and accurate collection of sample of sterile and non-sterile packing components, raw
materials and finished products before analysis and issuing the release reject and quarantined advice
related with Microbiological criteria.
 Perform microbiological test (Sterility, Endotoxin, Bioburden, Limit test, Bioassay, Environment
monitoring) of parenteral liquid injection and infusion, Cephalosporin Injection, Dry Powder Injection,
Eye Drop, Non-sterile products(Syrup, Tablet, Capsule), Excipient and Water as per instruction.
 Maintain the Microbial Cultures (ATCC Culture).
 Preparation of SOP of raw materials, finished goods, packing materials and QC equipments of
Microbiology lab.
 Reviews test data for consistency, identifies trends and writes scientific reports.
 Monitor and check the Microbiology lab equipment’s log book daily.
 Check Microbiology lab instrument’s calibration and validation records.
 Procuring lab reagents and supplies.
