Duties/Responsibilities:
1. All time Phone support.
2. Install and repair automatic teller machines
3. Maintain automatic teller machines in perfect condition.
4. Check magnetic heads on card readers that fail to recognize customers' bankcards.
5. Check and inspect ATMs whether they are dispensing the correct amount of cash.
6. Check, evaluate, remove and replace defective components in automated teller machines.
7. Check the functioning of the ATMs on a regular basis.
8. Ensure that cash or paper is not jammed.
9. Replenish ATMs with cash, deposit envelopes and receipt papers.
10. Record and inform of discrepancies and malfunctions to the concerned personnel.
11. Troubleshoot complex problems in automatic teller machines.
12. All time equipment Staging and Installation. Sometimes requires to carry more than 40 Kg to
50 Kg.
13. Support calls at anytime of the day or night on 24x7x365 basis.
14. All time ready to stay in office after office hour as necessary.
