"Improving Local Government Services Programme - ILGSP" of HELVETAS Swiss
Intercooperation Bangladesh mandated by Katalyst . He is working in this project since
April 2010 till to date. As Regional Coordinator, he is performing his duties sincerely,
smoothly and truthfully, and he is maintaining the liaison with Government and Donor
agencies. He is showing in his work adequate technical skills and knowledge as well as
socio-economic understanding in the fields of agriculture, market development and
social development. He has strong report writing, record keeping, staff supervision,
planning, budgeting and financing management capacity. His knowledge of Bangla and
English is excellent both in writing and speaking. As professional Development Worker,
he has proven his respective skills, responsibility and hard working ability in the tasks he
performed.
I am confident that he will be able to take any challenging job in development fields. I do
believe and hope that Mr. Mahfuz Ashraf will surely perform to the expectation and
