          Wi-Fi and Cable Interfaces

iSkyTracker provides an automatic searching of telecommunication satellites and
establishes single or multiple connections to the satellites without specialists works.
iSkyTracker works in-motion (on car, train, marine, airplane) by automatic tracking the
connection to satellites.
iSkyTracker allows connecting to and tracking non-geostationary satellites.
iSkyTracker is a slim box with thickness up to 3 cm and 40-60 cm width/length, which can
be easily mounted on a wall or roof or to be embedded, e.g. into cars roof. The flat shape
also provides a low wind load. Connecting the system to different user devices (TV, laptop,
tablet, smartphone) is carried by cable (Ethernet, USB, HDMI) or via Wi-Fi.
iSkyTracker cost is about $500, which is 2 - 5 times cheaper than competitors automatic
satellite systems.
Market niches
Urban people Car owners, Trains, Buses,
          Sub-urban Motor-homes, Airplanes,
Summer residents Yacht and marine drivers Ocean travel liners
Rural regions people  Stable and uninterrupted
 Easy and fast installing connection in- motion  Tracking transport motion
without specialists help  2-10 times cheaper (in  Possibility to organize the
 Multiple satellites price) comparing to Internet and TV hot-spot
  connection competitors systems inside
The first market niches are owners (buyers) of big expensive
cars, motorized homes and yachts, who likes traveling and needs TV
and Internet access during their travels, they don’t n want spend
much time to understand how it works, they would like if their tablets
and smartphones or embedded TV screens can be easily connected
to the Internet and TV an ywhere and anytime.
Go-to-market strategy includes special offers for car and yacht dealers and tuning studios
(additional option for customers); satellite TV and Internet operators (expanding subscriber
base, better channels utilizing)
Market size: Satellite communications market revenue have grown more than 2.7 times over
the past 10 years and reached $168 billion. More than 30% of the income are form the
ground support equipment ($51.6 billion). There are 120 millions registered satellite TV
services subscribers in the world.
iSkyTracker accumulated market size is about 2-3.5 billions $, including:
 Automobile systems ~ $1-2B (up to 600,000 systems sells per year in the world)
 Marine systems ~ $1-1.5B (up to 300,000 systems sells per year in the world)
Planned market share in 3 years after sales start is 15-20% ($100M-$500M) per year.
Core team:
 Shuralev Maxim, PhD, CEO, head of antenna system development
 Roberts Arthur, senior antenna system development engineer
 Sokolov Ma xim, PhD, head of control unit development
 Eltsov Andrey, head of software and system unit development

 «Low-cost adaptive antenna for Wi-Fi solutions in rural regions» project at Intel – 2005-
2011 (central photo Craig Barrett during briefing in St Petersburg, Russia)
 iSkyTracker is a resident of Skolkovo fund since June 19, 2012

                      WiFi system prototypes Today iSkyTracker
Competitors :
 >100 models, less than 20% of them can work in-motion.
 There’re no commercial systems establishing multiple satellite connections.
 Most of the systems producing additional wind load.
 Competitors price is from $2K-$6K (ground) and up to $29K (water transport).
Required investments for developing ready for manufacturing prototype and
specifications: Co-investment in amount of $330K for 25% of the company share, we are
attracting Skolkovo grant funding in amount of $1M = 75% of required investments.
