As the Hall Director – Dept. of Residence Life, I have had the pleasure of knowing Max
Augsburger for the past two years. He has been a tremendous student worker, Resident
Advisor, and an overall asset to The University of Toledo. I would like to take this
opportunity to show and support my appreciation that Max has done for the University of
Toledo.
Max is a dedicated, detail oriented, hard working and focused mature student that exhibit
an excellent work ethic, whether it is in the classroom, as a volunteer, or a student
employee. Along with his job, he was involved in our Business LLC here at Parks Tower.
Max helped plan programs for residents and still continues to be a mentor to his residents
from the previous years.
Max has been extremely instrumental in the academic year success of the residents of the
residence halls. He has successfully demonstrated leadership ability by taking charge of
situations in the absence of supervision, and is recognized as a team leader. Max works
above and beyond what was required of him, and established an excellent rapport with
his teammates, which lead many of them to follow his example.
It is for these reasons that I offer high recommendations for Max without reservation. His
focus, drive and abilities will truly be an asset.
