1. Several assets under my management
Partly in professional collaboration with housing associations Stadlander (Wonen West Brabant), Stadgenoot, Ymere, Rochdale
and also real estate managers such as Vesteda, Van der Vorm Vastgoed and WPM Winkelcentrummanagement BV (Bouwinvest Retail Fund).
More and more often collaboration with providers of “care”, such as Arkin Vastgoed (Mentrum and Jellinek) and hospital Bronovo/Nebo.

2. Boston in Amsterdam

6. Factsheet:
• 90 luxury residential estates in newly built building and
40 luxury residential estates in (former) Warehouse Australië;
• The commercial real estate on the ground surface is owned by housing accociations
Stadgenoot;
• The architect is DKV Architects in Rotterdam;
• Building Boston won the Betonprijs 2005;
• Together with the building Detroit, warehouse Chicago and the
underground two layered parking garage, building Boston is a member of
the home owners association Nieuw Amerika.

warehouse Chicago and the underground two layered parking garage, building Detroit is

• The total rebuilding value is approx 125 million euros;
