8. SSHARED
OWNERSHIP
Feeling that buying a yacht is too irresponsible of an investment as you could only
go boating a few weeks a year due to a lack of time? It needn’t be, thanks to our
unique concept of shared ownership.
An average owner uses his yacht a few weeks a year but has to pay all year round
for moorings, maintenance, insurance, crew and winter storage. SeaNet’s shared
yacht ownership scheme enables you - and maximum three other owners - to
enjoy the benefits of owning a yacht at a fraction of the cost. Shared
expenses include the initial purchase price and the standard annual running cost.
To make your life easier SeaNet takes care of the entire yacht management. There
is nothing left for you to do but relax and enjoy your yacht with not a worry in sight.

10. TTHE YACHT
OF YOUR
DREAMS
The SeaNet team and yacht crew members see it as
their highest priority to make you feel completely at
home on your very own yacht. We fully personalise,
decorate and prepare it for each of your stays so
that the yacht matches you a 100%. You will find it
equipped with your bed linen, your interior decorating
items such as cushions and vases, your works of art,
your personal tableware and cutlery and even small
items such as family pictures. We always go the extra
mile so as to make the yacht a 100 % your own.

AT YOUR SERVICE
SeaNet delivers ‘a five star service’ and aims to make your stay on board
as enjoyable as possible. Our management team is complemented by an
extremely experienced monthly rotating crew. While you relish life on board,
we not only take care of all the planning, logistics and maintenance but
provide caretaker services as well.
Whatever your wishes might be, SeaNet knows how to make them come true.
And we’re prepared to go a long way. You are hassle-free the moment you
set foot on your yacht. We serve your favourite meals and drinks, just the way
you like them. We take care of all your clothes and personal belongings. We
plan and prepare your next trip. Our crew is omnipresent but invisible. Your
privacy is guaranteed at all times!
12. TTENDERS
There has been a growing trend over the last few years for
yachts to use large tenders. The reasons behind this trend
vary from offering more space and comfort for guests to
using the tender as a luxury transfer between the yacht at
anchor and the shore or as a high speed day boat for racing.
In our SeaNet Europe programme, each yacht is equipped
with a diesel jet tender in combination with a large 10 meter
rib that can be towed behind the yacht.
Luxury yachting comes with fast tenders but it also implies
having several water toys on board. All SeaNet Europe
yachts come equipped with a good range of towing and
inflatable gear such as tubes, waterskis, snorkelling and
diving equipment.

14. FFINANCIALS
(EXAMPLE)
Owning 100 % of a yacht means you will have to cough up a considerable initial purchase price. It also
comes with the often underestimated annual running costs for maintenance, crew, mooring fees,
insurance, winter storage and the overall yacht management costs. All these things are essential to
keep your yacht in top shape all year round.
With a 25, 33 or 50% SeaNet share you can reap all the benefits of owning a yacht at only a fraction of
these costs. This way you only pay for the real use that you make of your yacht. Nothing to hold you
back any longer to buy a yacht moored in a Mediterranean top location!

15. SeaNet plans each owner’s time on board, using a reservation system which
is beforehand agreed upon and signed by each fractional owner of the yacht.
Owners can book up to one year in advance.
The initial choice of owning 25, 33 or 50 percent of the yacht usually depends
on how flexible the individual owner can be with his time. Half ownership
allows you more time on board but also offers a higher planning flexibility.

MALTESE FLAGGED
A PRIME LOCATION FOR SHARED OWNERSHIP
Each of the yachts in our fleet is registered in Malta. This island country not only specializes
in private yachting, it also boasts a long and excellent maritime reputation. Add lenient
authorities on top of a flexible legislation and Malta turns out to be the perfect spot in
Europe to introduce the concept of shared yacht ownership.
Benefit from additional liability protection by doing things the Maltese way: go for shared
ownership as a company rather than as a private individual. It comes as no surprise to see
that over 400 super yachts now sail under the Maltese flag and this number continues to
increase each year.
Please note that all our SeaNet Europe yachts are Maltese ‘private registered’ and
cannot be used for charter!

YACHT OWNERSHIP CLUB
SeaNet Europe has introduced shared yacht ownership to Europe. The company builds
28-40 metre yachts, then sells them in shares. It manages the fleet but also aims at
developing a yacht ownership club. This mixed-use project allows yacht owners to
go cruising aboard other luxury vessels in other destinations. Limitless possibilities of
Mediterranean sailing holidays arise. SeaNet establishes a network of yacht owners,
each one of them getting more fun and joy out of their shared investment.

31. CROATIA, SURPRISINGLY VERSATILE
Croatia has an excellent choice of over 45 fully equipped marinas offering around 13000 berths which makes it the
perfect place to moor your yacht and a safe anchoring place between trips. Plenty of short flights from most European
countries take you to one of Croatia’s main airports but the country is also easily accessible by land or sea.
Explore the unspoilt Dalmatian coastline, stretching from Pula in the north to Dubrovnik in the south, admire the
stunning scenery and revel in the peace quiet. A multitude of magnificent islands, stunning beaches and bays, tiny
fishing villages, historic towns, castles … Croatia has it all. You’ll never be far away from the next breathtaking spot. The
calm waters of the Adriatic Sea are a definite plus as are the fine luxury yacht marinas’ low running costs.
32. LOANO, A MUST-
VISIT AT THE RIVIERA
OF FLOWERS
The Riviera dei Fiori, or Riviera of flowers, is a
narrow coastal strip along the Ligurian coast in
the north of Italy. This flower-filled stretch of land
offers you a warm welcome and lures you into
quite a number of small and large seaside resorts
such as Loano, located at the foot of Monte
Carmo.
Colour-splashed facades, vast sandy beaches,
numerous palm trees and a historic centre.
Plenty of reasons to turn Loano into one of the
main Ligurian attractions. While enjoying the
spectacular scenery floating about on your yacht,
you may spot dolphins, whales and turtles in the
deep blue sea.
33. MALLORCA,
A HEAVENLY MATCH OF
CHARM AND LUXURY
A stunning azure-blue sea, endless white sandy
beaches and several hidden gems of unspoilt bays.
Mallorca is without any doubt one of the most
popular destinations in the Mediterranean. Its
perfect climate and a soft sea breeze only add to an
unparalleled yachting experience and allow you to
fully enjoy your trip. Whatever the season!
Looking for fun things to do? This Balearic island
has it all. Whether you are looking for adventurous
outdoor activities, water fun, scenic walks or a visit
to an ancient monastery; you will never run out
of things to do! For your evening pleasure you
may enjoy a fine dining experience in one of the
picturesque restaurants which offer fresh local fish
accompanied by a tasty choice of wines. Mallorca, a
heavenly touch of charm and luxury on earth.

MATTY ZADNIKAR
Over the past 20 years, Matty Zadnikar (°1961) has earned his spurs
founding and developing Z-Safety Services. The company responded to the
industrial safety needs of the oil and gas industry. It not only offers complete
safety equipment for short- or long-term hire but also provides trained and
experienced safety personnel. In 2013 Zadnikar successfully sold his business
but didn’t feel ready to put his feet up and relax.
As a child Matty Zadnikar used to spend hours in marinas of the Mediterranean,
daydreaming of the yachts he saw cruising by. Having sailed yachts in his
spare time for over 30 years, he is now turning his passion and experience into
an actual business. As half owner of SeaNet he is introducing shared yacht
ownership to Europe. His many years of experience in rental and providing
industrial services now prove to be very useful and allow him to give a whole
new dimension to yacht management.
MIKE COSTA
At a young age Michal Costa (°1968), founder of the American based
SeaNet Inc, fell for the charms of the sea. After 10 prosperous years he sold
his first company and came up with the idea of fractional yacht ownership.
He longed to buy himself a yacht but realised he wouldn’t be able to spend
enough time on it to justify his investment. In the fractional private jet sector
he saw NetJets experiencing hyper-growth and decided to apply their
business model to luxury yachts. This marked the start of SeaNet. Today,
after about 12 years, the company manages a fleet of twenty yachts.
