This letter is my personal recommendation for Matthew J. Sulkowski. I was
Matt’s immediate supervisor for nearly 2 years. I found him to be
consistently one of my best Area Sales Manager with Echostar (Dish
Network).
Besides being a joy to work with, Matt is a take-charge person who is able to
present creative ideas and communicate the benefits. He has successfully
developed several marketing plans for our company that has resulted in
increased revenue. During his tenure, we saw an increase in retailer growth
and total activations in the Central FL Market. The new growth was a direct
result of the plans implemented by Matt.
Though he was an asset to our marketing and sale efforts, Matt was also
extraordinarily helpful in other areas of the company. In addition to writing
effective training modules for sales representatives, Matt assumed a
leadership role in sales meetings, inspiring and motivating other employees.
