General Business Activities MDP Plant Design & Supplies has been established as a
manufacturing, mining and communications business in South Africa. Our traditional
business model is based on the necessity for essential services such as communications,
mining and construction. Based on the decision of the company to diversify our services
offered; we have now established our business in the aforementioned fields.

installations, infrastructure and amenities within the communications sector.

Mining:
MDP Plant has been involved in the design and installation of the following companies:
1. Lace Diamonds – Kroonstad: Design, Supply and Installation of complete front
end processing plant
2. Grizzly Mining – Zambia: Design, Supply and Installation of new Emerald
washing plant
3. Pilansberg Platinum Mines – North West: Design, Supply and Installation of
ROM tip with new feeder
4. Atoll Mining – Brakpan: Installation of new conveyors for product stock pile
Telecommunications:
MDP Plant has been responsible for the following telecommunications projects:
1. Vodacom – South Africa: Manufacture and supply of lattice structures around
South Africa
2. MTN – South Africa: Manufacture, Supply and installation of communication
masts throughout South Africa.
3. Cell C – South Africa: Installation of BTS Sites around South Africa including RF
cables and antennas
4. Telecel International – Ivory Coast: Installation, Supply and Commissioning of
backbone infrastructure for GSM network
