2. SUMMARY EXPERIENCE
I am a Development Worker and Social Researcher with high academic
background. I have completed my PhD from Institute of Bangladesh
Studies (IBS), Rajshahi University in the year 2013. I have been working
in a project supported by a German NGO (Lichtbrüecke e.V.) since 2007.
I supervise, monitor and evaluate development project activities of 7
Partners NGOs in Bangladesh. I monitor around 300 million Bangladeshi
taka of seven partner NGOs in Bangladesh on a regular basis. This amount
of money has been invested among poor women project beneficiaries as
credit money through which they earn their livelihood by initiating proper
income generating activities. I also impart capacity building training of
project staff and project beneficiaries at field level. From this position I
have trained over 200 project staffs on different skill development such as
microcredit management, group formation and group management,
savings and installment collection, group cohesion and solidarity
maintenance, effective communication among group members, accounts
management and so on. Beside this, I have imparted motivational training
among 5000 poor group women members and credit borrowers on
different issues like use of loan money in productive income generating
sectors; proper marketing of their income generating products, importance
of education of children, bad effect of early marriage of girl child, dowry,
violence against women, girls and child, importance of cleanliness,
drinking safe water, climate change hazard and tree plantation and so on.
A large proportion of project staff and beneficiaries have benefitted from
my service within the period of over 10 years. I am also a social
researcher. I was involved in more than 20 research studies on different
socio-economic issues. I have extensive experience in designing,
developing and implementing social survey and participatory research
studies. My major professional responsibilities include selection of
appropriate method for the research studies, design and development of
data collection instruments, conducting one to one interview for data
collection, data collection using structured and semi-structured survey
questionnaire, data processing, data analysis, and finally report writing.

Responsibilities
include in the
Position
 I have to monitor the activities of 5 Bangladeshi partner NGOs
located in different parts of Bangladesh. All of the NGOs are
partner of a German NGO ‘Die Lichtbrücke e.V.’
 Supervision, monitoring and evaluation of the projects are also my
responsibilities to implement the project successfully.
 Arrange training for the project staff and maintain the
communication with govt. officials, NGOs and other social
institutions.
 Identify problems of the project, solve those with the assistance of
the project staff, under guidance of the President and/ or Sectary of
the executive committee, and also perform any other duties
assigned by the executive committee.
Major
accomplishments
 I have imparted training to the project staff on different issues
especially on microcredit management, pre-school education,
health service and vocational training education. Both project
beneficiaries and project staff received training. Each year two
times training were imparted for staff and beneficiaries.
 Developed several training manual and monitoring checklists.

SUMMARY EXPERIENCE I am a Development Worker and Social Researcher with high academic background. I have completed my PhD from Institute of Bangladesh Studies (IBS), Rajshahi University in the year 2013. I have been working in a project supported by a German NGO (Lichtbrüecke e.V.) since 2007. I supervise, monitor and evaluate development project activities of 7 Partners NGOs in Bangladesh. I monitor around 300 million Bangladeshi taka of seven partner NGOs in Bangladesh on a regular basis. This amount of money has been invested among poor women project beneficiaries as credit money through which they earn their livelihood by initiating proper income generating activities. I also impart capacity building training of project staff and project beneficiaries at field level. From this position I have trained over 200 project staffs on different skill development such as microcredit management, group formation and group management, savings and installment collection, group cohesion and solidarity maintenance, effective communication among group members, accounts management and so on. Beside this, I have imparted motivational training among 5000 poor group women members and credit borrowers on different issues like use of loan money in productive income generating sectors; proper marketing of their income generating products, importance of education of children, bad effect of early marriage of girl child, dowry, violence against women, girls and child, importance of cleanliness, drinking safe water, climate change hazard and tree plantation and so on. A large proportion of project staff and beneficiaries have benefitted from my service within the period of over 10 years. I am also a social researcher. I was involved in more than 20 research studies on different socio-economic issues. I have extensive experience in designing, developing and implementing social survey and participatory research studies. My major professional responsibilities include selection of appropriate method for the research studies, design and development of data collection instruments, conducting one to one interview for data collection, data collection using structured and semi-structured survey questionnaire, data processing, data analysis, and finally report writing.
