feasts enjoyed only by Medieval Royalty,
evolving into formal Victorian Garden Parties.

OC JODY: Well You need to chill your food
beforehand in a sealed container. you can add
ice or ice packs, so that your thermometer reads
below 40 degrees so that the bacteria doesn’t
have a chance to grow.

OC JODI: We certainly are. Don’t forget to
bring your thermometer.
