HOW LONG TO QUOTE
Generally a quote can be submitted within 48 hrs of request and in
Writing on Business Letterhead and Emailed to the Client
PRICING STRUCTURE
I / we have a base Hourly rate of $ 40 ( Forty Dollars) Excluding Gst as we
are currently not registered for the Gst. So we don’t charge it
EXPERIENCE IN WORKING IN TENANTED PROPERTIES
I / we have many years experience working in Tenanted Properties , we
respect the privacy and needs of the occupants , agree on a work pattern
thru the property to cause least disturbance .keep ourselves clean and
tidy , Protect all the surfaces within the work areas covered and protected
with clean Dropsheets and plastic covers for Furniture .Provide Adequate
Ventilation whilst working , have MSDS Material Safety Data Sheets on
site ,clean up as we go and leave the property in a safe tidy manner at the
end of each working day .
WORK HEALTH & SAFETY OBLIGATIONS UNDER LAW
My / our understanding of this is to work in accordance with the Work
Health and Safety Act 2012 or later editions and its Laws & Regulation’s ,
Safe Work SA . Work Health and Safety is everyone’s Responsibility to
protect the health and safety of workers and other people by eliminating
or minimising risks arising from work or workplaces . ensure fair and
effective representation ,consultation and cooperation to address and
resolve health and safety issues in the workplace . provide effective
compliance and enforcement measures and deliver continuous
improvement and progressively higher standards of work health and safety
. Provide and complete SWMS ( Safe Work Method Statements) and reqular
toolbox meetings to raise any concerns .
Areas of Work
I / we make ourselves available to work anywhere in SA , but Travelling
and Accomadation will be charged for outside of a 50 Klm radius of our
business address. At the rate of 50 cents per Kilometre + $35 dollars per
hour travelling time and cost of clean budget accomadation if required to
stay away overnight.
