over 20 years of legal and educational publishing experience with a focus on standardized testing at the
primary and secondary grade-school, undergraduate, graduate, and professional accreditation levels.
Mark has also been responsible for the acquisition and development of content and curricula at those
levels, with a strong record of achievement as it relates to formative and summative assessment testing.
In addition to developing content at the elementary and secondary, undergraduate, and graduate levels,
Mark has also developed content for various standardized professional licensing exams, including the
medical and dental boards, the law school entrance exam, and the various state bar examinations. As a
former practicing attorney, Mark has excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, and has supervised
up to 60 direct reports simultaneously. Additionally, Mark has a strong background in contract drafting
and negotiation, intellectual property rights, and licensing and distribution rights. In addition to his
