Mark Fenwick, architect and heritage consultant
Mark Fenwick has over 30 years of experience with a wide range of project types and clients. Mark
has specialist skills in heritage and adaptive reuse; he addresses conservation issues while delivering
functional, user friendly outcomes. He has co authored conservation management plans, prepared
numerous feasibility studies, reuse option studies, heritage assessments and impact reports. Mark
has worked in heritage advisor roles, taking a heritage focused overview for the project. He has often
worked at the project feasibility stage in order to address heritage issues as early as possible.
He is also experienced in health, commercial, residential, workplace, education and civic projects. His
strengths include effectively managing complex projects, especially healthcare facilities and civic
projects. Mark is highly valued for his ability to present and communicate design concepts to clients,
user groups and stakeholders.
