sion of credit by Wells Fargo Investments,LLC secured by
collateral in your account. On the amount borrowed, you
will be charged interest at varying rates. There also may be
limits to your borrowing power. To determine if margin
trading is appropriate for you, you should examine your

involved in opening and maintaining a margin account.

card interest charges or monthly payments to make.
Plus, your paperwork is reduced and the need to
save various credit card statements is eliminated.

on your statement every month to help you monitor
your account — free of charge.

Take Advantage of These Free
Optional Services
Direct Deposit at Your Request
Your salary, Social Security, pension, or other recur-
ring payments can be deposited directly into your
Overland Asset Management Account. Your money
goes to work faster, so you can earn more in money
market dividends. And, you will not have to worry
about checks being lost or stolen, or piling up while
you travel.
Dividend and Interest Distributions
The Overland Asset Management Account makes
it easy for you to use your dividend and interest
income to meet monthly expenses. Simply write a
check against your monthly income. You can also
get access to your funds without having to write
a check at all. For example, you can use your
optional Platinum Debit Card to withdraw funds
at thousands of ATMs or make purchases at retail
establishments worldwide.
Dividend Reinvestment Service
You may want to consider our Dividend Reinvestment
Service if you do not require all of your dividend
income to meet expenses. It can be a useful tool
for anyone who holds dividend-paying securities
in their Overland Asset Management Account.
When you elect the Dividend Reinvestment Service,
your equity cash dividends, and mutual fund
payments resulting from capital gains and return-
of-capital distributions, will be reinvested automatically
in the securities that generated the cash payments.
And, you’ll enjoy this added investment power
without incurring additional commission charges.
Enhance Your Borrowing Power
Even More
As an Overland Asset Management Account client,
you can choose either a cash or margin loan account.
If you select a cash account, you’ll receive all the
benefits of the Overland Asset Management Account
except borrowing privileges.
If a margin loan account is suitable for you, you can
borrow against your marginable securities upon
approval. You can use the margin loan to purchase
more securities, or for any other purpose. Simply
write a check or use your Platinum Debit Card for
an allowable amount greater than your cash and
money market fund balance. The portion above
your available assets will be automatically debited
from your margin account as a loan.
That’s all there is to it. And, you’ll borrow at interest
rates that in many cases are less than those charged
by other financial institutions.
