14 March 2021 Π-Day: EMME and the centrality of π Π is much more than a number and we dedicated to it today’s free workshop: “Π-Day: EMME and the centrality of π”: Mathematical, philosophical, geographical, sentimental stories of this magic Greek letter: the π. We will be using our imagination for sure, but also simply reading the measurable implications of π. Music, games, cinema, philosophy, literature, mapping, challenges, storytelling: we will spend few interactive hours totally wrapped in the magic of π. And at 3,14 pm CET be ready with sparkling wine for a CET toast to π and to life! But GMT and CAP VERT Toasts are expected later: so get ready at your place with a nice wine, grappa, sparkling water, fruit juice or whatever you think can help you to better savor this workshop. During this webinar, Marco Bertagni will introduce EMME’s travel related services focusing on both physical and metaphysical journeys. This webinar will be of particular interest to travel agencies, tour operators, institutions and organizations looking for added value in territorial marketing, as well as everyone who loves TRAVELLING! EMME provides specialist travel consulting, guiding and mentoring in order to support each client to better understand and define their path of growth. EMME’s Geo-Maieutical journeys, are physical itineraries structured on 6 thematic stages; EARTH, ROOTS, EMOTIONS, LIFE, PHILOSOPHY and FREEDOM, and are based on the River Game ‘A Geo-Maieutical Journey’. These provide the client with an inspiring template to define their own bespoke road map. Places assume the key role of ‘an engine of emotions’ emergency process (Geo-Maieutic). Each place has stories to be told and emotions to elicit. Using the River of life methodology, participants will break new ground, discover the Genius Loci and evoke their inner landscapes. Through River games, artistic workshops and multi sensorial exercises, travelers will delve deep into places to get closer to somewhereness but also to better connect with themselves and with others. EMME’s Metaphysical Journey is an experiential journey that enables travelers to enhance awareness, connect to their spirit of adventure, change attitudes, listen, strengthen connections, grow their emotional intelligence and encourage adaptability, mapping sense and storytelling skills. The main goal is to explore a territory on different levels in order to reach a dream, to defeat fears, and to better understand their own inner landscapes. We followed the River of life six thematic stages, during which everyone will build their own travel story, by facing various challenges, joining Q&A sessions, learning to get along with their travel mate, to look beyond appearances, to create empathy, to activate imagination. Each traveler, together with their animal spirit guide will become a hero, the person who is able to progress from an ordinary to an extraordinary world, taking a personal journey in harmony with their companion’s story and vision. The journey where places will become the drawn and written scenario of a voyage across the boundaries between reality and imagination. The journey will elicit multi-level discovery, a new place, a new self. The traveler is not only the main character, the star, the hero of this journey, they will also learn to narrate this journey, to share their experiences and to deliver their ‘treasure’ to other travelers as they receive their ‘treasures’. This is travel from your desktop. A fantastic way to gain knowledge and experience of other cultures, other places, other existences. Without leaving the room.

Un racconto dedicato a Marbella Ibarra e a tutte le persone, uomini e donne, che vivono sulle sponde del Lago dei Sogni rubati. Il 15 ottobre 2018 a Rosarito, vicino Tijuana, in Messico, è stato ritrovato il corpo di Marbella Ibarra, sequestrata il 19 settembre. Marbella è stata la pioniera del calcio femminile in Messico. La polizia brancola ancora nel buio, non si sa né chi siano gli autori dell’omicidio, né il perché. In Messico ogni anno vengono uccise centinaia di donne. Spesso per il solo fatto di essere donne. All’interno del progetto THE RIVER OF LIFE, l’8 febbraio 2019 è stata giocata sulla spiaggia di Rosarito una partita di calcio speciale, chiamata Playing FOR Life. Le squadre erano composte da Karla Peres, giocatrice di calcio professionista e compagna di vita di Marbella da 11 anni, da altre 7 giocatrici di Tijuana e da due uomini. La partita è finita 8 a 8. La Palla, durante la partita, è stata idealmente restituita a Marbella e alle altre persone che vivono nel Lago dei Sogni Rubati, tra cui Lorenzo Guarnieri, ucciso a 17 anni a Firenze nella notte tra l’1 e il 2 giugno 2010 da un uomo che stava guidando la propria moto sotto effetto di droga e alcol e Horts Blaschke, vittima innocente di una sparatoria in un ristorante di Xochimilco, Città del Messico, nel pomeriggio del 23 febbraio 1994. A pochi chilometri da Rosarito, c’è Tijuana la città di confine più famosa del mondo. E’ qui che l’estremità occidentale del muro si inabissa nell’Oceano, è qui – e nei pressi delle altre centinaia di chilometri del muro che si snoda verso Est - che ogni giorno tanti esseri umani tentano di raggiungere il sogno americano. Gli eventi di Rosarito, Tijuana e l’orribile muro hanno ispirato questo viaggio emozionale e questo racconto che vuole essere una riflessione sulla condizione umana. Tutti noi abbiamo bisogno di infinito e di sogni. I confini, le barriere, le discriminazioni, i pregiudizi, le prevaricazioni uccidono la libertà e l’essenza dell’unico genere che esiste: quello umano. Questo racconto è dedicato a Marbella Ibarra, a Lorenzo Guarnieri, a Horts Blaschke e a tutte le persone a cui è stata rubata la Palla.

EMME è il primo laboratorio esperienziale internazionale ad adottare la geografia delle emozioni. EMME è gestito da Bertagni Consulting srl nell'ambito del progetto THE RIVER OF LIFE. La Geografia delle Emozioni è una metodologia straordinaria che trova applicazione nella Formazione e nel Coaching per lo sviluppo delle persone e delle Organizzazioni. Attraverso un viaggio sul crinale tra realtà e immaginazione, tra intuizione e ragionamento, questa metodologia permette di far emergere le emozioni, di verbalizzarle tramite un’originale cartografia e di gestirle, affinché possano essere elementi guida e propulsori verso i nostri obiettivi, e non dei freni. A cosa può portare questo viaggio? PER UN’INTELLIGENZA ARTIFICIALE CON UN SOLO ALGORITMO: L’ESSERE UMANO Marco Bertagni In collaborazione con Laurent Peters Come sempre accade dalla notte dei tempi, anche in questa nostra epoca esistono gruppi di potere con visioni distorte della politica e senza troppi scrupoli. Ora però, più che in passato, dispongono di formidabili strumenti, la tecnologia avanzata e l’Intelligenza Artificiale, attraverso cui amplificano paure e foraggiano pregiudizi, tra le fila di quello che considerano un pubblico malleabile e asservibile, contro cui scagliare dardi informatici che vanno a toccare le corde giuste per attivare il sistema inconscio di difesa più ancestrale: quello del proprio orticello. E’ urgente riflettere e salire con convinzione sul treno del cambiamento di paradigma già in atto: per uscire dall’indifferenza, per smettere di considerare gli altri come dei nemici, per lasciarsi alle spalle avidità e aggressività, per ritrovare la bellezza dell’imperfezione umana, la forza del rispetto, la profondità della parola e del confronto. Invertire, o meglio, riprendere la rotta e - con una mente decolonizzata e un cuore che pulsa - dare una lettura nuova, organica e qualitativa, critica e interdisciplinare di quanto accade, o di quanto ci viene raccontato come vero, nei cosiddetti Grandi Spazi Globali. Intraprendere un viaggio a più scale: da quella, infinitamente grande delle reti geopolitiche planetarie, a quella, infinitamente piccola della singola storia di vita, di ogni singolo destino. Per poter ripercorrere il cammino all’inverso e capire che la nostra percezione è cambiata e ora, senza filtri corporativi, la Tèchne è l’ospite, gradito e rispettato - non più (ab)usato per raggiungere oscuri fini e seminare odio - nel mondo delle Arti e delle Emozioni. Un mondo senza muri, reali o mentali, popolato da 7,53 miliardi di esseri umani. Non uno di più, non uno di meno. Ogni nostra cognizione prencipia dà sentimenti (Leonardo da Vinci, 1487)
