Product Definition: Sweet Endings is a gifting company that specializes in client care and client appreciation. We create
thoughtful, quality closing gifts that showcase real estate professionals. Our closing gifts come in five different themes and
three different price ranges. Sweet Endings leverages client care with business professionals so they can focus on growing
their business.
Distribution Channels: To place your order for a closing gift you must go to our website (sweetendingsoftexas.com) and
follow the steps to place your order. From there we will either ship your gift out (U.S only), or deliver anywhere in San
Antonio and surrounding areas; whether it be straight to the title company, clients work place or home.
5. Price Strategy: Sweet Endings will utilize pricing for market penetration. This strategy is ideal for new small businesses
offering unique products. Real Estate professionals are making an investment in their business when they decide to use
Sweet Endings for their closing gifts, the value we add is showcasing the real estate professional and there business.
Standard Price (MSRP): The gifts will have three different sizes and price levels; Small ($65), Medium ($85), Large
($105). The delivery fee will be $20 and the shipping fee will be $25.

Social media plan: Sweet Endings will be using the social media platforms Instagram and Facebook to promote the
company. The posting schedule will be Monday, Wednesday, Friday and the post will be updates on new gifts, promotions,
and lifestyle posts about what's going on in the office.
Email plan: We will be using the CRM system Nimble to send out marketing emails and texts to the client list. An example
of some marketing emails to stay in touch with our clients are “Happy Monday”, “Congratulations on your most recent
closing”.
Relationship marketing plan: After each delivery an electronic survey will be emailed to the client right after a delivery
to see how the company is doing and if the client is satisfied with the product and service.
