Zero turn radius mechanism

Description
This project aims for development of a system to reduce the turning radius. The developed
model consists of DC motors, pneumatic system and the various kinematics links. The
developed model was electric motor driven. This mechanism was found sufficiently capable
in turning the model in any direction with steering governed by stepper motor and has
turning radius equal zero
This mechanism can be useful in hybrid vehicle, AGV’s which having better movement with
low space, for parking, better control.

2014 To till now having hands on Experience on Auto-Cad ,Pro-E software’s with knowledge of
GD & T.

Mechatrix solution is Pune based firm which provide solution in Material handling system as
well as in automation having service for PARI , Bharat gear limited, LG electronics etc.
