7. Introduction of Slicer Machine:-
 The first meat slicer was invented by
Wilhelm van Berkel in Rotterd am in
1898.
 Slicer machine is a machine from which
we can make small portions of meat and
also cut vegetables.
 A meat slicer machine, also use
deli slicer or simply a slicer, is a tool used
in butcher shops and delicatessens to
slice meats and cheeses.

 Meat slicer and meat mincers are essential tools
for any supermarket, deli, restaurant or grocery
store, allowing accurate slices and different
sized meats.
 But used incorrectly and without caution, can
injure operators and employees.
 Our meat slicers have a safety device on blade
cover and a blade protection ring to give more
safety.
