· Led team of eight developers, reported directly to CEO.
· Designed and managed development of own online banking system with full cycle of loan application
and approval based on Microsoft Sharepoint integrated with existing software through web services (WCF).
The project have been launched in 3 months. It has saved hundreds of thousands of dollars for the bank.
· Designed with outsource company the mobile banking client and managed development of the
integration layer between mobile client and automated banking system.
· Designed and managed development of online workspace for the credit agents of the bank and its
integration with automated banking system (ASP.NET MVC, MSSQL, JavaScript). This allowed to increase
credit portfolio by 20%.
· Managed the transition to the service desk based on Microsoft CRM Dynamics, development of business
intelligence, daily reports and different graphs. Increase overall bank efficiency by 30%.
· Reorganized the information infrastructure according to security standard of payment cards - PCI DSS.
· Managed implementation of the backup data center based on IBM BladeCenter H.
· Improved efficient use of own bank cloud resources more than 100%.
· Managed development and performance improvements of automaton interdepartmental electronic
interaction, automated banking system and card processing.
· Negotiated with partners of the bank in information technologies field and suppliers.

· Decreased execution time of existing procedures/reports by optimizations of queries. (T-SQL).
· Developed integration applications between external data sources and automated banking system (C#).
· Developed with team an integration layer for receiving payments between automated banking system
and external self-service terminals (ASP.NET/T-SQL).
· Took part in implementation of card processing named Smartvista in bank as Oracle DBA.
· Adjusted SQL procedures of card processing according to business processes. (PL/SQL).
