Administration for Family Socioeconomic Development
Design, develop, and deploy changes and maintenance tasks to existing applications. ADSEF (for its acronym in Spanish) is the government
office responsible for handling federal funds for Nutrition Assistance for Puerto Rico (NAP) and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families
(TANF). Most of the applications are web based and are developed using .net framework 2.0 - 4.0, SQL Server 2008 - 2012 database, ORACLE
10g database, asp.net. Also, perform maintenance on all the servers where this applications are installed, including both web server
maintenance and databases maintenance.
Reliable Financial Services, Inc.
Design, develop and deploy an area within their existing website to handle online payments. This application was developed for Reliable
Financial Services Inc. which is a subsidiary of Wells Fargo in Puerto Rico. This website will allow the RFS clients to make a self-service
registration, see all the loans which they are related, see the details for every loan, and make online payments using their bank accounts or
credit cards. The developed solution consists in two main applications: a RESTful web service and a public web site. All the core functionality
has been developed following a strict set of security guidelines established by Wells Fargo and the web site user interface has been developed
following the w3c guidelines for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). This solution was developed using .net framework
4.5, ORACLE 11g database, MVC 4, and Entity Framework 5.
Virtual Kollector
Complete an existing in-house development for a virtual government tax collector. This application was developed for the municipality of
Fajardo. With this application, the Fajardo's merchants can go online and submit their volume of business form, submit their sales and use taxes
form, request municipal licenses, and make online payments. In the administration area, the municipality administrators can register and
manage the different merchants, generate reports with statistics that will help in the decision making process. This solution was developed
using .net framework 4.0, sql server 2012, and asp.net and hosted in a windows azure cloud environment.
Department of Labor, PR
Design, develop and deploy a public service on the Department of Labor of PR where the people can request their unemployment benefits
certificate. The developed solutions consists in two main applications: a SOAP web service and the public web site. The web service handles the
core operations like the information query, record certificate transactions, generation of the certificate in PDF format, and certificate
authenticity validation. The web site is the user interface for public access. This solution was developed using .net framework 3.5, sql server
2008 r2, exchange server 2010, and ASP.NET.

PROJECTS SUMMARY
MegaCensus
Develop and managed an n-tiered architecture application including desktop, web and over 60 windows mobile clients in a SQL Server
environment to support the field workers in the data collection process. During the data collection process, the field workers saved information
mainly about the water meter, physical location, photos, and GPS coordinates. This information was sync via Wi-Fi back to the main server. A set
of reports, including GPS data plotting reports and statistics reports, was generated from this data and used by the project managers in the
everyday decision making process. This solution was developed using .net framework 3.5, Excel PowerPivot, SQL Server 2088 R2, SSRS, SSIS,
Windows Mobile 6, and ASP.Net.
Customer Profile
Design, develop, deploy, and maintain a desktop application to handle all the daily office's interactions with the customers. This is an electronic
record application that stores all the progress of the customer through the different departments. This solution was developed using SQL Server
2008 R2, Microsoft Access 2007, and Microsoft Office automation for document generation.
