Introduction
FutureLink was established in Dubai in 1996 and has become the leading
supplier of Parking Management Solutions in the United Arab Emirates. We
have expanded our scope of supply continuously, adding Security Systems
such as CCTV and Anti-Shop-Lifting as well as People Access Systems and
many other Traffic related products to it. In addition, we can now offer
professional Consulting and Management Services in all Parking-, Security-
and Traffic-related areas.
Our company is a respected member of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed
bin Rashid Establishment for Young Business Leaders as well as the German
Business Council Dubai. We also hold a special permit by the Dubai Police
General H.Q. to work in security-related and sensitive areas of the city. In this
respect FutureLink is allowed to install and service all kind of security and
protection systems.
We co-operate with highly respected suppliers, mainly from Germany and
other members of the European Union and have established close and fair
long-term business relations with our business partners and customers all
over the world. This makes FutureLink a competent turnkey supplier and a
reliable partner in the international Parking and Security Business.
Our dedicated management team and staff consist of highly qualified
engineers, technicians, sales and project management personnel, with a
vast local and international experience. 20 International Airport Projects,
the Petronas Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur and the Royal Palaces in Jordan
are some of the international Security and Parking Projects where FutureLink
Team Members were fortunate to participate in as consultants, suppliers
and/or project managers.

The Car Access division has always been our major business segment. In this field FutureLink is currently market leader in
the U.A.E. Our innovative, tailormade Parking Management solutions can be seen at the Dubai World Trade Center,
Jumeirah Emirates Towers and the Faimont Hotel Dubai, among many others.
We provide high-quality People-Access-Terminals and barriers to ensure safety, control and authorization at highly
frequented places like Sports Stadiums and sites of Public Transport as well as at less frequented privat companies.
Our Shop Systems division deals with all kind of items that guard stocks exhibited in showrooms and valuable
electronics equipment that require Anti-Theft Protection.
The FutureLink Security divison provides and installs Security Systems like CCTV, DVRs, Bomb Detection Equipment,
Intruder Alarms, Licence Plate Recognition, Biometric Readers and Micro-Helicopters. Our Security Systems are
installed in security relevant areas and shops all over the United Arab Emirates.
FutureLink supplies and installs highly durable fences. Our range of fences comprises decorative as well as industrial
fences and gates for all kind of applications. We are proud supplier of fences for Dubai Municipality (Sheikh Zayed
Road) and other major government and private organisations in the UAE.
The newly introduced division of Scent Marketing is engaged in offering fragrance spreading devices to the retail and
hotel sectors in order to create or support a unique brand image and improve customer loyalty.
Our internationally experienced project managers and engineers provide Consulting Service in all parking and
security related fields to optimize the flow of traffic, increase revenues and to ensure maximum security.

HH Skh. Suhail Al Maktoum Private Office
On-line Access Control and integrated CCTV System to restrict the office access
Dubai Municipality AL-Nasr Sports Club – Skh. Maktoum Stadium
Design and supply of the Sport Stadium Fence and integrated Panic Gates,
totally complying with the respective FIFA security regulations. The Fence
has two different types of mesh designs in order not to obstruct the view for
the visitors.
Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC):
Design and supply of a customized Parking Management System to suit
Dubai World Trade Centre needs (for the Multistory Car Park as well as the
Open Area Car Parks). The Parking System is a mixture of revenue and non-
revenue parking concepts.
The Multistory Car Park is equipped with 4 entry dispensers, 6 manual cash
desk exits and 3 Automatic Pay Stations. First and second floors are reserved
for VIP’s, Tenants and DWTC staff and from third floor onwards for the visitors.
The Open Area Car Park is equipped with 4 entry dispensers, 6 manual cash
desk exits and 4 automatic exit stations.

Dubai World Trade Centre – Fencing
Supply and installation of a 2.1 km Security Fence for the IMF Governors Meeting in Dubai 2003. The Fence was fixed
on a temporary basis. Later on the Fence was removed and installed parallel to Skh. Zayed Road. During ist
installation at DWTC, it played an important role within the Dubai Police total security concept protection to the world
leaders present at the IMF meeting.

Supply and installation of a 3.3 km Decorative
Fence to prevent pedestrian from dangerous road
crossing.
Dubai International Convention Centre
Design and supply of an additional Vehicle Guiding
System for the new Dubai International Convention
Centre. The system informs drivers approaching the World
Trade Center on the current status of parking on the
premises. Additionally, in the Multistory Car Park drivers are
informed about the number of spaces available on
each level. The counting system proposed uses Vehicle
Detection Processors, guaranteeing the operator an
accuracy of 99%.
Dubai Civil Aviation
Design, supply and installation of a Security Fence, 2.5 m Fortinet Mesh with bend arm and 3 rows of barbed wire.
Entry to Tower is fitted with a double leaf 4m wide Fortinet Gate.

Ministry of Defense - UAE Border Phase one
Design and supply of a 48 km long High-Security Fence with a Detection System for the UAE/OMAN border. (No
technical details to be disclosed for security reasons).

Design, supply and installation of a 1.1 km Security Fence, 2.5 m Fortinet Mesh with bend arm and 3 rows of barbed
wire. Entry to Archeological Site is fitted with 2 nos. double leaf and 6m wide Fortinet Swing Gate.

Hotels:
Jumeirah Emirates Towers
Design and supply of a Computer Parkchip – based
Customized Parking Management System to suit
Jumeirah Emirates Towers needs, including Automatic
Pay Stations with credit card acceptance, banknote
acceptors and –dispensers. This is a unique system
concept and the first (and only) of its kind in the Arab
World.
The Parking System is a mixture of revenue and non
revenue parking concepts. Visitors (as shoppers) will be
granted free parking from the shops they visit by using
discount validator-units. Such validators are placed at all
shops, and each shop can give full or partial parking
discounts to its customers, in accordance with their
respective purchase values. Parkers using parking spaces
without shopping will be fully charged for the respective
parking time.
A separate car Park is reserved for Emirates Towers staff,
using a contactless Smart Card System which is
integrated to the Parking Management Master
Computer, preventing double-usage of a single card.

Supply and installation of a Vehicle Access Control
System with long range (4m) hands free readers to
manage access to the top floors of the Fairmont
Multistory Car Park.

Design, supply and installation of a full Revenue-Parking-
System using ParkChip technology. The system is on-line
linked to a Parking Management Software with HTML
reporting facilities using the client’s network connected to
a Vehicle Guidance System.
Participate in replacing and upgrading the existing Wafi
Parking Counting System. The upgraded Parking
Counting System transmits daily/monthly reports on
vehicle movements towards the management.
In addition the system is holding a differential counter for
Wafi’s Mezzanine and Ground Floor Car Parks.

Supply and installation of an on-line Access Control System in order to monitor
and limit the access to the pharmacy and warehouses at American Hospital.

technology based Car Access System for the
MK Shopping Centre Group. Shoppers are
rewarded with "free-parking", based on their
respective purchase values.

Supply and installation of CCTV Cameras and Digital Video
Recorders (DVR) for most of their branches in the UAE. The

Al Zahra Hospital Sharjah
Design and supply of a Parking Management System to
suit the parking needs of Al Zahra Hospital. The Parking
System is a mixture of revenue and non revenue parking
concept using Magnetic Stripe Technology.

Supply and installation of a Time Attendance and Access
Control System for Dragon Motors employees.
Emirates Aviation College
Design and supply of a Customized Parking Management System to suit Emirates Airlines needs. Visitors and students
park at a Multistory Car Park based on a fully Automatic Parkchip System. A separate Car Park is reserved for Emirates
Airlines Staff using their existing employee ID badges.
