in global stage as P5 member of UNSC,EU, NATO and a country at the political heart of Europe.
It keeps strong ties with EU and the world in diplomatic, political and economic circumstances
as a leading influencer in Sovereign, Unite and Democratic Europe Doctrine. France paid a high
price in both economic and human terms during the two world wars.1.4M people dead and

Human Rights, signed in Paris on 10 December 1948.Also represented and elected to the Human
Rights Council. France is particularly committed as regards to - universal abolition of the death
penalty, arbitrary detention and forced disappearances, respect for women’s rights against abuse
and the fight against recruitment of child soldier, the fight against discrimination on the basis of
sexual orientation and gender identity. France also supports the fight against impunity to prevent
and protect further atrocities and contributed to the creation of the International Criminal Court
(ICC)

problem created by humanitarian crisis can be solved by dialogue between multilateral

laws, reforming humanitarian action.
When it comes to environmental issue, France is always one step ahead and the Paris Agreement
is the proof. Now the problem is not only climate change or natural disaster but also a rising
number of environmental refugees, internally displaced people and mass migration because of
environmental disaster. France believes that, all those countries responsible for environmental
pollution, carbon emission; are responsible for rising number of environmental refugees. So,
France is emphasizing on building a framework for Environmental Refugee Law both in national
and international level to ensure proper approach about environmental refugees, internally
displaced people and migrant for environmental disasters and also to ensure their basic human
rights.
France has a special responsibility for maintaining and strengthening international peace and
security. France’s actions on non-proliferation, disarmament and arms control reflect this
twofold responsibility, and are guided by certain unchanging principles: working towards a safer,
resilient world, developing friendly and cooperative relations between States, demolishing
threats to peace, adopting the right of legitimate self-defence, promoting and moving towards
general and complete disarmament by its NPT, CTBT and OPCW treaty. France supports the
international organizations responsible for establishing international verification
mechanisms, and designed to ensure stability and transparency within the international
community.
It proposes a complete Humanitarian rescue strategy, peacekeeping missions and sustainable
development for refugee and displaced people to ensure post conflict human rights, healthcare,
security, repatriation and rightful legal assistance for peaceful resettlement and build resilience.
Further, cooperation of UNDP, WHO, WFP, UNHRC and UNHCR’s should be adopted
immediately after and during intervention/conflict to legitimate the efforts and initiative for
human rights, protection of child/women and reduction of civilian casualties.
