1- OUM Introduction
- OUM is a post paid engine that do the following :
-1- Simulates what will the Billing engine do (Ex: BSCS) on daily/Hourly
bases.
-2- Provide contract-level view of the usage.
-3- Free/charged usage information.
-4- Provide near-online view of information which otherwise would be
available only at the end of the bill cycle.
