CAREER OBJECTIVE
Looking for a challenging career path abroad.
INTRODUCTION
Currently I am Woking for NREA, New and renewable energy authority, which is an Egyptian governmental authority with more
than 1400 employees, as site manager for 200 MW wind turbine site. We are producing over 850 GW of annual energy through
wind energy using 100-wind turbine of 2MW each, of 200 million Euro total cost. We work in cooperation with the Spanish
contractor Gamesa, which is market leader in Spain and the fourth largest wind turbine manufacture worldwide, for operation
and maintenance of the wind farm.
My responsibilities include:
- Organize the daily supervision work.
- Monitor the progress of the O&M, repair and service work.
- Monitor the performance of the wind turbine site Contractor in order to confirm for approval of O&M invoices.
- Monitor the safety at the Site.
- Perform site and WTG inspections.
- Supervise performance tests.
- Accept materials and equipment.
- Supervise monthly reporting of availability and power performance.
- Liaise with the bird monitoring team and authorize.
- Supervise shut down of turbines in accordance with agreement between NREA and EETC.
- Advice NREA and Consultant Company concerning potential problems/issues on site.
- Report to NREA management and SWECO concerning the status on site.
- Reporting format and frequency to be agreed.
- Chair the site meetings.
In addition, I am in charge of negotiating with different international companies such as Siemens, Vestas and GE for new Giga
projects of 6 Billion Euro, as well as discussing tender documents with financial partners such as KFW bank and European
financial bank. Furthermore, I have been lecturing at Technical University of Berlin in El Gouna/Egypt about renewable energy
and I have been authoring training courses in wind and solar energy for Egyptian Industrial Union dedicated to technicians and
engineer's trainees.

Over 12 years of experience in the field of electrical, mechanical maintenance and electronics devices production
process improvement and quality control in a multi-national company and governmental agency.
Qualified electronics engineer with a major in communication electronics.
Over 10 years experience in managing and leading multidisciplinary teams.
Over 18 months of preparation the study for 20 MW Solar PV project in a cooperation with JICA
