Concern:
It
was
my
privilege
to
have
had
Maddie
Scott
participate
in
an
internship
with
adidas
during
the
summer
of
2015.
She
jumped
right
in
and
quickly
became
a
valued
member
of
the
design
and
marketing
team.
Maddie
learns
very
quickly
and
is
extremely
diligent
and
reliable.
If
there
was
something
she
didn’t
know
she
would
research
it
and
find
a
solution
herself.
She
required
little
guidance
and
I
saw
an
enormous
amount
of
growth
and
development
during
the
3
months
she
was
a
part
of
the
program.
She
participated
in
many
of
our
larger
initiatives
including
a
week
long
photoshoot
and
the
development
of
a
300+
page.
She
proved
to
be
a
quick
thinker
and
very
insightful.
She
offered
many
ideas
and
was
not
afraid
to
jump
in
and
help
with
anything
from
hauling
product
around
from
location
to
location
to
working
with
the
photographer
to
make
sure
the
lighting
was
right
for
each
scene.
Her
energy,
enthusiasm,
intellect
and
team
skills
made
her
a
tremendous
asset
to
the
group
during
a
season
where
we
are
generally
buried
with
our
workload.
It
was
a
huge
help
to
have
someone
on
staff
who
requires
little
direction.
I
would
gladly
welcome
Maddie
back
to
our
team
if
she
so
chose,
but
wish
her
the
best
with
all
of
her
future
endeavors.
