2. There is no Scrivener for iPad
And there is no Sanity Clause!
But you can still connect up
your writing on the iPad to
Scrivener on the Mac
3. Use Simple Note To Synchronise
With Scrivener
•Start by getting an account
•Set up a Project Keyword in Simple Note
•Sync only the docs I want to work on in Scrivener
•Select the docs to send and the docs to import
4. You can then edit documents in
SimpleNote on the iPad
In SimpleNote on the iPad
You can create new documents
When you include
the Project keyword in a new note
it will be imported
at the next Scrivener Synchronisation
5. Scrivener - SimpleNote
Synchronisation
Easy to set up and use and with safeguards
So that you don’t lose any of your work
Or you could Synchronise a
folder instead.
6. Sync with a Folder
I prefer this to using SimpleNote sync
Easy to do and keep synchronised
•I think it is best to sync with a Dropbox folder
•Use file numbering to see the documents that same as in Scrivener
•Save folders as Plain text to use on the iPad
•Don’t edit the file titles when on the iPad
7. There is also an Index Card App
For Scrivener Synchronisation.
So even though
there is no
Scrivener for iPad
Application
There are plenty of ways that you can be
a word warrior on your iPad
