The document discusses the formation of negative and interrogative sentences in English. It explains that for negative sentences, "do" or "does" plus "not" are added to the auxiliary or helping verb. For interrogative sentences, the auxiliary is placed before the subject. It also discusses using "have got" to form questions. The document provides examples of negative and interrogative sentences in various tenses and with different subjects.
