DISTANCE STUDIO CONSULTANTS (DSC).
Distance Studio Consultants is a multi – disciplinary architecture, Engineering and consulting Firm in
Asia, Middle East and Africa. DSC Founded in Year 2000 and has MIAN Four branches in Jeddah, Doha,
Abu Dhabi and the Head office in Cairo.

 CPT Mixed use Project (KSA‐Jeddah): ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ The project is located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on a
land Area 37,850 Sqm and consists of Commercial Centre, Residential Compound, International School
and Clinics centre with foot print of 60% of the Land Area with Total Built Up Area of 62,750 sqm .
 Al KHOUR Resort (Qatar – Doha): ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ The Project is Five Star Resort located in the
northern of Doha on land area 339,668 Sqm. The Resort designed to be of the most Romantic and
fantastic Resort in Qatar which consists of 700 Hotel Rooms and almost 400 chalets units varies between
1 BR , 2 BR and 3 BR with all Facilities and services required.
 Bleu Vert Compound (Egypt – Cairo): ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ The Project is a gated compound in the future city
at new Cairo on land area 500,000 Sqm and consists of town houses , Duplexes and apartments with all
facilities and service required to be as unique project with distinguished French style .

 MAAD Hotels (KSA – Makah): ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ The project is located in Makah, Saudi Arabia in a

Podium for Commercial use and Amenities to accommodate about 800,000 Sqm and 11,400 hotel
rooms varies between Tree , Four and five – Stars luxurious Hotels in 24 Towers .
 Masic Office Community (KSA – Al khobar ): ‐ ‐ ‐ ‐ The project is located in Al Khobar City , Saudi Arabia
