OBJECTIVE
 To overcome the difficulty of using separate cards
for each purpose and to generate a single platform
for all needs.
INTRODUCTION
 In India nowadays the government is following
separate cards for all people needs such as ration
card, gas bill card, EB bill card etc.
 People are facing more difficulties to maintain all
the cards for their purpose and most of the persons
are misusing the cards.
 To overcome these difficulties I am going to
introduce REGMI card in which all the people
needs were satisfied.
 Because in this card it holds the information of all
ration card, gas bill card,EB bill card etc in which
people can access through online and they can
purchase.
 By doing this waiting in queue is avoided and
EXISTING SYSTEM
 In exsisting system people are using separate
cards for buying their product and some people are
buying products without using the cards.
 In this case the original card holders are facing
more difficulties by loss of their product.
 In Ration shop people are waiting for long time for
buying and only written database is maintained for
the purchase.
DISADVANTAGES OF
EXSISTING SYSTEM
 It is not efficient for government because fake
cards are in use.
 Due to maintanance written database it is not
secure and staffs are making false report and
selling the product outside.
 To access the products people are generating
duplicate cards.
PROPOSED SYSTEM
 I am introducing REGMI card which is more secure in
handling the data and maintaining of database is also
more secure.
 In this card the bar code will helps to check the right
cardholder and helps to access their products securely.
 People can access through online and can make a
check on whether the particular month the person buys
his product or not.
 In this case we can also able to avoid duplicate cards
because generation of bar code will helps to find
duplicate.
 The SMS can also be intimated to the people once they
have not purchased within time.
 For government also it will helps by having more profit
because due to time most of the persons are not able
to go to right place for accessing their products.
ADVANTAGES
 Waste of Time is reduced.
 Profit to government because more people will
buys through online.
 Use of bar codes helps to choose right person.
 Using of database in online and can access
everywhere.
 Duplicate card is avoided.
 Change of address will also easy by modifying
through online.
 Apply for all government certificates(birth, death) is
applicable.
MODULES
 Ration card
 EB bill
 Gas booking
 Municipality enquiry
 Income tax
RATION CARD
 In this module the items supplied in the ration shop
are list which can be selected monthwise.
 Once the items where selected the amount will be
calculated from the database and total cost will be
generated.
EB BILL
 In this module once the card is scanned by bar
code reader it will direct to the homepage where
the list of modules present
 Once we enter the EB bill module it will direct to
the Electricity Board user page in which the bill will
be generated.
GAS BOOKING
 In this module from the homepage once the
cardholder clicks the gas booking will direct to the
agency (eg: Indane).
 Then gas cylinder will booked and it will deliver to our
address which is already registered.
MUNICIPALITY ENQUIRY
 In this module we can able to apply for the
municipality related certificates like birth, death,
income and nativity etc .
 We can also view the application status and for
changes in certificates we can apply through the
same page.
INCOME TAX
 In this module we will use the information received
from the PAN number we entered and we can pay
the tax generated based on PAN status.
 It will also helps for the government to calculate the
persons income status for applying some
scholarship schemes.
CONCLUSION
 Once this REGMI card is implemented definitely it
wills helps to the people and it will also saves the
unwanted time wasted by waiting ideal in all
government offices.
 This will also helps to avoid corruption in various
departments because people are directly satisfying
their needs by accessing through single card.
 REGMI card will definitely improve our country
growth among the world and once it is
implemented black money will not be there.
