This certificate is proof that demonstrates to employers and the public that you have met the
education, work experience and expertise requirements as outlined by the College. As such, CVRP
authorizes you to use the CVP designation as part of your professional credentials.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you maintain your certification by:
 Renewing your certification each year no later than 11:59 p.m. of your annual anniversary
date, which is June 30th
. (your next renewal date is by June 30, 2016)
 Submitting 40 required Continuing Education Units (CEUs) in 2 years, a minimum of which
must be 6 Ethics credits, no later than 30 days prior to your annual renewal date.
Your new 2-year CEU period will end May 31, 2017. There will be no carry-over of credits from
one two year period to another.
You will receive your official certificate stamped with the College Corporate Seal in the mail. You will
also receive an official receipt for application and first year membership payment, as well as a hard
copy of this letter.
