 Prepare BOQ ensuring that required data is available for the estimation and
proposal term to work on the Bid.
 Prepare Budget to ensure that necessary financial statements are available for
the monitoring of job.
 Prepare the Cash Flow statements to ensure necessary Data is available for
decision making by the management regarding the financial feasibility of the
job.
 Prepare the Construction and Development Schedule for manpower, material
and equipment for the project to ensure that estimators can use the
deployment schedule for preparing a competitive Bid.
 Accountable to create safe working environment, manage risks, reduce
exposure to hazardous liability and ensure implementation of QHSE policy.
 Comply with all QA/QC standards (DIMS documents) as applicable to the
company system, policies, procedures, and documents in order to deliver the
