Daily
 Checkyour computerfeederforanyalarm calves.
 Make sure if usingmilkreplacer the hopperisfull;if usingwaste milk,make sure yoursupplyof
waste milkisadequate.
 Milkhosesare cleanedand washed2x daily,if ball spongesare provided,make sure thesestayclean
as well
 Cleanmilkhoses&Hang milkhosesupto dry
 Make sure electrodesonmachine are free frommilkdeposits.
 Rotate nipplesdaily,have anextraset forsanitationpurposes.Replace nipplesatleastevery2
months.
 Make sure hosesfrommachine goestocorrect feeders.
 Wipe downcalf feeder,aroundmixingjar,outside of machine &undermilkreplacerauger
Weekly
 Calibrate yourmachine.If usingreplacer,calibrateeverytonbatch.If youhave a self-calibrating
machine youwill notneedtoworryabout thisstep.
 Do circuitcleaningatleastonce a week, daily wouldbe preferred.
o Circuitcleaningisdependentonpersonal performingthis,takesupto10 minutesto
perform.
o Make sure hosesare correct length,keepthemasshortas possible.
o Make sure detergentjarisfull
Every6 Months
 Emptyand cleanhopperof feeder.
 Set-upa maintenance planwithyourdealer
 If you have a probioticor yeastculture inyourmilkreplacer,thiswill elevate yourcounts
 Monitoryour watertemperature inmixingjar.
