 My duties included adjustments in bills and to pass entry in BNCC system.
 I used to assist in different customer surveys regarding customer satisfaction of PTCL service.
 I also used to communicate with customers and resolved their queries regarding WHTAX, FED duties.
 I made correctionsof mistakenlyenteredbillingaddressin BNCC system and to communicate with relevant
service organisations like TCS, GPO.
 I alsousedto assistmyseniorsinthe preparationof differentreportsregardingthe generationof revenue in
Sialkot region area.
