person needstoimprove theirwellbeingorrelieve theirpain. Myjobis mypassion.WithongoingtrainingI
constantly deepenmyknowledge of the body andincrease the varietyof treatments Icandraw on to help
people move more freely, feelmore energisedandrelaxed, andenjoylife more fully.
I love a challenge, and many clientsgetreferred tome togive them anotherangle ona problemthatproves
difficulttotreat.
Approach to wellbeing
Five things define my approach:
 Maintainingwellness isasimportantas treatinginjury.
 Givingthe righttreatment depends on listeningcarefully -
with the ears and with the hands.
 The body and mind are one - helpingpeople make connections
between physical and emotional pain is vital to their long-term
wellbeing.
 Search beyond the obvious for the sourceof pain – for example, a
problem in the right shoulder can have its sourcein the left hip.
 It’s vital to people’s wellbeingor recovery that they play an activepart
– no one leaves my treatment room without individual adviceon
exercises, movement, breathing and other self-help techniques.
