3. Contents:
Basic types of houses: detached/ semidetached,
apartment/ flat. Rooms in a house or apartment,
furniture and household items.
Chunk: I live in a semidetached house. It´s not very
big but cosy.
There’s / There are : There’s a beautiful garden and a
terrace. There are four bedrooms.

For example:
I live in an apartment. It’s not very big but it’s
comfortable for me. It’s light, too.
