This is a letter of recommendation for Lutavia Heaton. Ms. Heaton
recently left employment at MedStar Academy where I am employed
as an instructor for certified nursing assistants. It was quite a loss for
the school but she wanted to return to her home state.
As office manager at MedStar, Ms. Heaton pretty much ran the show.
Anything needed, she knew where to find it. Any questions the staff
had, Ms. Heaton had the answer. Her organizational skills were
amazing to me.
What makes Ms. Heaton unique is her personality. I cannot ever
remember her being cross. She carried out her duties in a calm, kind
way. Our loss is your gain.
