1. Outlook for Week of September 26, 2016

Major stock indexes remain in weak bullish trends and have gotten a bit
more breathing room.

VIX has fallen back after its recent spike and is giving a Sell signal.

Bonds are still staying above their weekly RevL. Weak bullish.

Gold is weak bullish and stays well above its RevL.

EURUSD is in bullish trend, but needs to gain traction.

Oil is weak bullish and trying to hold up. MoM is in neutral zone, so we
could see a bullish continuation if MoM turns up.

Wheat is in weak bearish trend and hanging on to the 400 level.

2. 
Buy signal for Turkey.

Weak Buy signal for Dow Utilities. Could be a
fake out move.

Weak Buy signal for Israel. Could be a fake out
move.

A good week for most world stock markets. But
as long as weekly MoM keeps pointing down we
cannot become confident that the recent
pullback or correction is over.

19 stocks bullish, unchanged from 19 last week.

Keeping an eye on the Dow stocks

Markets stabilized and there is little or no
change in our table for Dow stocks this week.

MoM still points down for most stocks, so we
stay cautious with a mildly bullish bias.

Just stick to the stronger stocks that remain in
bullish or weak bullish trends. If more stocks
give Sell signals, causing the number of bullish
stocks to drop below 15, then we will need to
take a more bearish stance.

Currencies tend to make long trending moves, so we don’t get weekly Buy or Sell signals very often.

Keep trading in the direction of the weekly trend and you are likely to do well in the long run.
