o Forged relationship between McDonogh students and the Baltimore Station, a residential
program for veterans dealing with drug and alcohol abuse, by taking groups of students to
volunteer once a month
o Forged a relationship between McDonogh students and Playworks, an organization that teaches
elementary school students in Title 1 Schools socialization strategies through play during recess
o Organized PlayNice joint community service project with Gilman school around the 100th
football game
• Collaborated with Lower School and Middle School Character Coordinators on a school-wide vision for
making our students better people
• Made presentations to faculty and the Parents Association on service initiatives at McDonogh
