Ploy was created to approach IT resourcing differently by asking clients what they need and how their needs could be better met. Ploy identified a gap between traditional recruitment and consulting services that was not being addressed. Unlike recruitment which can be slow and process driven and consulting which has fixed costs and deliverables, Ploy aims to provide a proactive, tailored, and agile solution for clients' IT resource needs through collaboration to promote flexibility.
