Lorre' Norman has worked on my team for about 18 months, as a Project
Manager at Cox Communications, Inc. She has performed different project
manager tasks over that time, from handling project financials to managing
projects tasks and timelines. Lorre' has a clear sense of her own strengths
and weaknesses and does not hesitate to advocate for the team's needs or
drive towards the requested direction.
Lorre's day-to-day tasks, as a project manager for a software development
team, included partnering with multiple teams. The middleware team
interfaced with the frontend client and the back-office systems, thus putting
Lorre' in the middle of a lot of inter-team conversation and project timeline
discussions. Additionally, Lorre' managed the project deliveries for our
analysis, design and infrastructure teams. During the course of her work,
Lorre's has proved to be a valuable resource, a partner and a trusted
