Simple proposal for gamification idea

5. Option 1: Create a role playing
game
e.g. give gamers an avatar and
challenge them with scenarios.
Reward them (XP, Badges,
Leaderboards) for each step of the
patient interaction and hygiene
that they get right.
Managers can use it as a
performance measure. Users can
compete with peers.

6. Option 2: Use the power of social proof
Create a platform
where you can get
acknowledged for
correct handwashing
behavior and receive
comments from
coworkers

7. Option 3: Create special sinks or mirrors
Install devices in sinks that will give
you a compliment, tell you a fact of
the day only after the water has been
running for 20 seconds (appropriate
time for proper handwashing.)
Another alternative would be to give
compliments in a mirror for at least 20
seconds worth of time ?
