• Take
part
in
some
rule-‐making
paperwork,
such
as
setting
the
rules
of
check
in
&
out
chemicals
from
storage
room
and
draw
up
part
of
the
contract
with
other

I
focus
on
the
organometallic
chemistry,
especially
the
synthesis
of
compounds
with
metal
or
metal
complex
catalysts,
and
mechanism
study
of
organometallic
reactions
concluding
single

process.
I
participated
two
major
projects
during
the
postdoctoral
research:
2. • The
mechanism
study
of
the
rearrangement
between
6,
11-‐Diphenyldibenzo[b,f][1,4]diazocine
and
2-‐(2-‐aminophenyl)-‐1,
3-‐diphenylisoindole.
• Phenazine
derivatives
5,
10-‐dibenzyl-‐5,
10-‐dihyrophenazine
and
5,
10-‐diallyl-‐5,
10-‐
dihydrophenazine
were
synthesized
at
excellent
yield.
Graduate
Research
Assistant,
State

at
Binghamton
(Sep.
2007~
May
2013)
I
focused
on
the
carbohydrate
chemistry
as
a
graduate
student,
especially
the
methodology
study
and
synthesis
of
monosaccharides
building
blocks
and
oligosaccharides.
My
projects
are
listed
as
follows:
• Successfully
synthesized
a
series
of
glycosyl
cabonates
and
systematically
investigated
their
potential
as
glycosyl
donors.
• Designed
and
synthesized
a
high
anomeric
α-‐stereoselecitivity
of
galactosyl
donor
with
acetyl
group
protected
on
3-‐
and
4-‐positions
based
on
the
concept
of
“remote
participation
effect”.
• Designed
and
synthesized
a
high
anomeric
α-‐stereoselecitivity
of
glucosyl
donor
with
acetyl
group
protected
on
3-‐
and
6-‐positions
based
on
the
concept
of
“remote
participation
effect”.
• Mechanism
of
the
process
including
the
activation
of
α/β-‐galactosyl
pentaacetate
by
BF3⋅Et2O
and
then
replaced
by
p-‐methoxyphenol
on
anomeric
center
was
studied
by
the
kinetic
method.
• A
new
method
of
intercalating
graphite
oxide
with
oleylamine.
X-‐ray
diffraction
patterns
reveal
that
the
inter-‐sheet
distances
strongly
depend
on
the
graphite
oxide
to
oleylamine
mass
ratios.
Undergraduate
Research
Assistant,
Nanjing
University
(Jun.
2006~May
2007)
• The
property
of
ploy
(methyl
methacrylate)
(PMMA)
was
enhanced
by
coating
nano
titanium
oxide
(Ti2O)
during
polymerization.
• A
dispersant
NDF
(methylene
naphathalene
sulfonate-‐styrene
sulfonate-‐maleate
copolymer)
was
synthesized
and
its
performance
was
analyzed
in
CWM
(coal
water
mixture)
with
different
coals.
