Most recently worked with the Nissan North America IT department producing online documents and multi-media
tutorials. I edited and produced process, procedure and work instructions for service desk operations. The position included
independent research, as well as collaboration with subject matter experts.
I was responsible for confirmation of process, technical writing, story-boarding, designing information graphics and
production. I utilized various types of design and editing software to create engaging graphics, animation and assessment modules.

editing, animated presentation, marketing coordination and project management.
A sampling of clients include Nissan North America, Crossroads Theater, ASI medical equipment, DeepTone Fitness and
Kurt Lewis Law. I enjoyed creating and producing magazine ads, brochures, catalogs, press releases and copy writing. I also
produced technical instruction manuals and videos which include, story boarding, technical writing, video editing, voice
over and photography.
